We have options from €12 a week,

€12 a week = 1 Weekly Session

€17 a week = 3 Weekly Sessions

€21 a week = Unlimited Sessions

The training session times are :

Mondays: 19:00 to 20:00 and 20:00 to 21:00

Tuesdays: 10:00 to 11:00, 18:00 to 19:00, 19:00 to 20:00 and 20:00 to 21:00

Wednesdays : 19:00 to 20:00 and 20:00 to 21:00

Thursdays: 10:00 to 11:00, 18:00 to 19:00, 19:00 to 20:00 and 20:00 to 21:00

Fridays: 10:00 to 11:00 and at 19:00 to 20:00 but at 19:00 on Friday this is ONLY available for members.

Outside these times the gym is not accessible for the public to enter unless they have a private 1-1 class booked, they can however come by in these times if they would like to talk to the coach about private training or see us, in this case we recommend booking a class so they can receive the door access code.

The Friday 19:00 session is only visible for booking to current members of the gym as this is a sparring class with contact.

Do Not Book appointments or meetings for any times outside of our available training session times.

Once people have joined the gym as members they will have access to the members booking calendar where they can also book the Friday 19:00 training session.

  • Sessions last 60 mins the prospect asks how long the sessions are.

We have 1 hour personal 1-1 Sessions available for 45€ session with the first 1-1 session at a discounted price of 25€ to try. Only mention this if asked about private, personal or 1-1 sessions.

Our gyms closest metro stations are Cuatro Caminos and also Nuevos Ministerios.

If they ask to speak by phone or a number to call explain to them that is better to speak via Instagram or GMB messaging.

if they ask or say to come and visit the gym then it is only by appointment only by booking a free session. The gym door is always locked and upon booking a session they will receive the door code to be able to enter the gym. The gym is only accessible with this door code during training times.

if they say they have tried to book but the dates are not showing for today or the next few days it is probably because the class is fully booked and in that case they should book for the next available time.

Once they become a member it is recommended that they continue booking classes to ensure they have a space reserved, after becoming a member they will receive a special members online booking link, only tell this if people ask if after becoming a member they need to continue booking classes.

If they are already a member and wish to pause their training they can do this with this link: https://muaythaimadrid.com/pause/ this link is also in their member contract and they need to do this 15 days before the start of the new month to be able to process in time, also stipulated in their sign up agreement. If they did it late and complain that they do not want to pay the next month you can explain that they can recover these classes upon returning no problem, for example if they pause on 18th February with less than 15 days to the start of the new month that would be too late to effect the pause of payments for march, it would put into effect the pause of payments to April 1st but they can use the payment of march to catch up on any trainings they want, all pauses are for one complete calendar month and then they payments will resume automatically unless cancelled or paused again, it is not possible to do a partial pause and cancel only a couple of weeks, only a complete calendar month.
